ALAN CLAYSON AND THE ARGONAUTS

The on-stage set-up is like this:-

DRUMS KEYBOARDS (usually direct-injected into the PA) / BACKING VOCALS

SAX /FLUTE GUITAR / BACKING VOCALS LEAD VOCALS BASS / BACKING VOCALS

We also incorporate various sound effects - which are now via a device on the keyboard, but may need someone to activate (i.e. press a button for) the pre-recorded introductory music.

The intended set list and an indication of the desired lighting effects (if these are available) will be sent nearer the time. The engineer concerned has carte blanche to be as 'creative' about these as he/she likes. Please let us know the get-in and soundcheck times, and how long you require us to perform.

ALAN CLAYSON (solo)

I use two keyboards - which can be direct-injected into the PA. There'll also be an electric guitar and two small amplifiers as well as a cassette player with tapes of sound effects - and I shall need one vocal microphone. The intended set list and an indication of the desired lighting effects (if these are available) will be sent nearer the time. The engineer concerned has carte blanche to be as 'creative' about these as he/she likes. Please let me know the get-in and soundcheck times, and how long you require me to perform.
